Meltjet is indicated for treatment of bovine mastitis caused by a variety of microorganisms including E. Coli, staphylococci, streptococci and even those that are resistant to penicillin
Target species: All milk animals e.g. Cows, Buffaloes, Sheep, Goat and others
DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION: One Meltjet infusion 5 gm tube per affected quarter, to be repeated every twelve hourly for three days or as directed by the veterinarian. After milking, clean and disinfect the teat, insert the nozzle into the teat and apply gentle and continuous pressure on plunger until all the suspension is expressed. The treated quarter(s) may be milked out after 60hrs.
